Worry can be a serious matter. In the extreme, panic attacks, anxiety disorders and other forms of “worry” require attention by properly trained professionals. The goal of my blog is to examine the endless ways we worry in our culture today. Sometimes, if we are willing to laugh at ourselves, we might find our lesser worries will come into better perspective. I hope to offer some entertainment as well as some education on the topic of worry. I also hope all of you reading will find your way to one of the posts and share with me your worries and ways of coping. Welcome to The Worry Blog! If you have a specific discussion or topic you’d like to write about, let me know and we may be able to include your post as a guest blogger.

These days, I don’t know why, but my panic attacks escalate by the trigger of the tiniest of all events. I worry like hell if my teacher says the slightest negative things…. And sometimes, i worry about nothing!! It’s killing me and I hate sitting at my desk, worrying that things are not back to normal and that I’m losing everything I once had.
I need help.
